Congrats on moving your way into the world of 18 holes! For the most part, 18 hole events are not going to be as casual as 9 hole events can be. However, there are many options to choose from that have a range of difficulty and competitiveness to them. The U.S. Kids, Wisconsin Jr Golf Tour, and the Milwaukee County Tour all offer 9 and 18 hole events depending on your age and their info can be found on the other pages.
The Intermediate Tour will be for ages 10 -15 and is a great first step when trying to make the jump from 9 to 18 holes. It is 18 holes, however the yardages are shortened quite a bit making it much easier for the kids to last the 18 holes. The yardages should be somewhat similar to the yardes for the older kids that do the U.S. Kids tour.
The Junior Tour is for ages 12-18 and has events all over the state. The course yardages for the girls should be 5000-5350, and the boys should be 6000-6350.
The Players Tour is the best of the best. You will need to earn an invitation to play in the tour while also falling under a certain handicap.
